Lucknow, Sept. 21 -- Deputy Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh Brajesh Pathak today said that a campaign for women began under the leadership of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath in 2017.
The Deputy CM said, "Today, the situation is such that criminals tremble at the mere mention of Chief Minister Yogi's name."He said that women hold an important place in Indian society. In the Dwapar and Treta Yugas, even gods worshipped goddesses. "At home, Goddess Saraswati is worshipped for education and Goddess Lakshmi for wealth. In times of distress, we, the followers of Sanatan Dharma, remember Goddess Kali," he said.
