New Delhi, May 1 -- union Minister Jitendra Singh has said that the "fast evolving realm of governance calls for rapid adaptiveness and the ability to continuously learn," stressing that modern public administration must keep pace with rapid technological change.
Speaking at the convocation ceremony of the 51st Advanced Professional Programme in Public Administration (APPPA) at the Indian Institute of Public Administration, the Minister said knowledge today can quickly become outdated due to fast technological advancements, making continuous learning essential for effective governance.
