Chandigarh, April 23 -- The Faridabad Police arrested three members of the notorious 'Bandar-Bhalu' gang and conducted a public parade of the suspects in Ballabgarh with their heads shaved.

The accused, identified as Harsh, Sebin, and Aryan, were involved in the brutal assault of a local youth named Praveen on April 17. The victim, who was attacked with hammers and sticks over a land dispute, remains in the intensive care unit, where doctors have warned that his injuries are so severe that amputation may be required.
