Chandigarh, Oct. 13 -- A Congress delegation, led by MP Deepender Hooda, visited the home of the late IPS officer Puran Kumar today to pay tribute. He said the wheels of justice have not moved at the pace they should in the last four to five days.
"The family is not satisfied with the action taken so far. The satisfaction of the nation and society lies in the family's satisfaction.
