Nahan, Dec. 23 -- Two people impersonating as police officers were arrested on Tuesday along with firearms, live ammunition and two vehicles.
The arrest took place during routine patrolling in the Haripurdhar main market area of in Sirmour district.
Superintendent of Police N.S. Negi said that a police team from Shri Renuka Ji Police Station was conducting checking near Sangdah Chowk at around 6.10 pm when two vehicles- a Bolero and an Innova- approached from the direction of the Shri Renuka Ji Temple, repeatedly blowing horns. Both vehicles were fitted with police insignia and siren systems, arousing suspicion.
