New Delhi, Jan. 27 -- European Council President Antonio Costa on Tuesday thanked Prime Minister Narendra Modi for the warm welcome and said he is looking forward to a productive Summit aimed at strengthening ties between the European union and India, as both sides signed the crucial Free Trade Agreement (FTA).
