Srinagar, Feb. 5 -- The Economic Offences Wing (EOW) Kashmir of the Crime Branch J&K has filed a chargesheet against a lady, alleging she secured appointment as Assistant Professor at Sher-i-Kashmir Institute of Medical Sciences (SKIMS), Soura SKIMS despite being a United Kingdom national and an Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) card holder , officials said on ThursdayThe chargehseet was produced in 2022 FIR, registered under Sections 199 and 420 RPC, before the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Srinagar, against Afshan a resident of Shibath Zadibal.
