Entrance exams to take place for Jharkhand Model Schools

Ranchi, Feb. 5 -- The entrance examination for admission to Class VI in Jharkhand Model Schools for the academic session 2026-27 will take place as part of the state government's initiative to provide quality English-medium education to talented students from rural and backward areas.

The Jharkhand Education Project Council (JEPC), Ranchi, informed that the Jharkhand Academic Council has issued the notification for the entrance examination.

Applications are being accepted exclusively through the online mode via the official JAC website from January 30 to February 21. The applications will be verified by the respective District Education Officers, with February 23 fixed as the final date for approval.
