Berlin, Feb. 9 -- Emma Roberts is set to take on the lead role in the upcoming horror feature "A Body in the Woods", a moody, folklore-driven film from producer Dave Caplan, known for "Longlegs" and "The Monkey".
The film will serve as the inaugural title from newly launched U.S. sales company Manifest Pictures, which is unveiling the project to buyers at this week's European Film Market (EFM) in Berlin, reports DEADLINE.
Scream 4 and American Horror Story actress Roberts will play Alice Lincoln, "a woman at the turn of the century living deep in the Marshall Woods, a place long-plagued by legends of a menacing witch.
