Brisbane, Feb. 24 -- Australia all-rounders Ellyse Perry and Kim Garth have been ruled out of the ongoing three-match ODI series against India after sustaining quad strains, Cricket Australia confirmed ahead of the opening match on Tuesday.
The injuries were picked up during the third T20I of the preceding series, which India won by 17 runs to clinch the contest 2-1, according to the International Cricket Council (ICC) website.
In response, Australia have brought in Megan Schutt and Lucy Hamilton as cover, with Schutt named in the playing XI for the first ODI at Allan Border Field.
