Patna, Oct. 31 -- NDA today promised to make Bihar, a flood free state of the country, if voted to power in ongoing assembly elections.
Bihar Deputy Chief Minister and senior BJP leader Samrat Chaudhary, after release of manifesto by top leaders of NDA, told media persons here that floods ravaged north Bihar almost every year causing huge losses to life and property.
Such a national disaster, often negated a large chunk of good works done for welfare and development of the people in affected areas, he added.
