Kanpur, Sept. 7 -- An elderly woman lost her life following dispute with her son over consuming liquor. The incident occurred in the Sen West area of Kanpur last night. The accused has been taken into custody by the police with the help of local residents.
The deceased, 65-year-old Rajeshwari, lived with her four sons after the death of her husband, Tulsiram, around 15 years ago. Among her six sons, one has embraced a religious life, while the others are occupied with their respective work. At the time of the incident, only one son, Rajaram alias Laden, was present at home.
