New Delhi, Sept. 16 -- A late night attempt to move a scooter turned into a violent assault for an elderly man and his family in Delhi's Welcome area on the evening of September 14. The incident, which occurred around 11:30 pm, involved an alleged physical attack and the shocking use of a pet dog to inflict harm.
According to information, the altercation began when an elderly man, Arvind Rathod, went outside his home to bring his scooter inside. He later informed his son, Ketan Rathod, that a local resident named Shalu had verbally abused him.
