Kolkata, Jan. 28 -- The Eastern India Motion Pictures Associate's screening committee meeting on Wednesday unfolded as they scheduled a calendar for movie release dates.
It also became a rare moment of warmth and unity, as the Bengali film industry came together to felicitate Prosenjit Chatterjee.
Addressing the media after the meeting, the EIMPA President the association was "extremely proud" to honour Prosenjit Chatterjee, whom she described as a towering figure of the industry.
Actors like Dev Adhikari, Jeet and Bonny Sengupta, along with filmmakers, producers, technicians and studio representatives attended the felicitation. "Conferring Prosenjit is the first agenda today," President highlighted.
