Imphal, June 6 -- Eight militants, including the Chairman of a militant organization, were nabbed in different operations by Police and security personnel during the last 24 hours.
Manipur Police said on Friday that three cadres of UPPK (United People's Party of Kangleipak), including the Chairman of the outfit, were nabbed at Ghari Makha Leikai area under Lamphel-PS, Imphal West District. The Chairman was identified as Konthoujam Homeshwor. Two 45 mm Pistol , one M-20 Pistol, Gun Licences were recovered.
