Hyderabad, Dec. 8 -- Telangana Health Minister Damodar Rajanarasimha on Monday said the state government is determined to make Telangana a global hub for education, emphasising that the education and medical sectors will form the backbone of the state's plan to become a USD 3 trillion economy under the 'Telangana Rising-2047' vision.
