Chandigarh, Feb. 11 -- In a major development against financial irregularities, the Jalandhar Zonal Office of the Enforcement Directorate (ED) has executed a significant operation against M/s Nature Heights Infra Limited, a company accused of orchestrating a massive investment fraud.
Following directions from the Special PMLA Court, the federal agency has formally handed over several high-value properties belonging to the firm to the concerned banks to facilitate the recovery of defrauded funds.
The restored assets consist of prime commercial properties situated in the Fatehgarh Sahib district of Punjab.
