New Delhi, Jan. 20 -- The Enforcement Directorate (ED), Bhopal Zonal Office, stated on Tuesday that it has filed a chargesheet against Sobaran Singh Apouriya, former Senior District Registrar of Bhopal.
The ED initiated its investigation under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA) based on an FIR registered by the Special Police Establishment, Lokayukta Office, Bhopal. The case was filed before the Special Court in Bhopal against Sobaran Singh Apouriya under Section 13(1)(e) read with 13(2) of the Prevention of Corruption Act.
