New Delhi, March 23 -- The Enforcement Directorate (ED), Ahmedabad Zonal Office, today said it has filed a chargesheet in connection with a cheating case involving Tehmul Sethna, a practising chartered accountant, who allegedly defrauded the trust "Environment Research & Development Centre (ERDC)".
The ED initiated a PMLA investigation based on an FIR (first information report) registered by the Gujarat Police under various provisions of the Indian Penal Code, involving scheduled offences under the PMLA.
