New Delhi, Feb. 19 -- The Enforcement Directorate (ED), Gurugram Zonal Office, on Thursday said it has attached immovable properties worth Rs 82 crore in connection with a large-scale real estate fraud related to the commercial project 'Ansal Hub-83' located in Sector-83, Gurugram.
"The project is spread over a land area of 19 Kanal 15 Marla (approximately 2.47 acres) and consists of 147 commercial shops, 137 office spaces, and two restaurant units," an ED official said.
The ED initiated a Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA) investigation based on an FIR registered by Haryana Police in June 2023 under Sections 120-B, 406, and 420 of the IPC against promoters and senior officials of Ansal Housing Limited (formerly known as M/s Ansal ...
