New Delhi, March 23 -- Chief Minister Rekha Gupta presented the Economic Survey for the financial year 2025-26 in the Delhi Assembly on the first day of the budget session today, beginning with a Kheer Ceremony, with the Gross State Domestic Product (GSDP) expected to reach Rs 13,27,055 crore in 2025-26, marking a 9.42 per cent increase over the previous financial year that is 2024-2025, while highlighting development of the national capital on a growth trajectory.

Notably, the Survey report gives a signal of overall revival of the city's economy, headed by the growth in services sector, rise in per capita income and not to leave aside, the noteworthy increase in the tax collections in 2025- 2026.
