Bhubaneswar, Feb. 21 -- The East Coast Railway has achieved a significant milestone by loading 250 million tonnes (MT) of originating freight in just 324 days of the current financial year.
With this accomplishment, ECoR has become the first railway zone in the country to reach the 250 MT mark.
This achievement has been accomplished 31 days earlier compared to the previous financial year (2024-25), registering a robust growth of 10.6% over last year's freight loading performance.
