Kakinada, July 24 -- In the backdrop of large scale complaints of flesh trade, especially in Peddapuram and along national highways, district SP Bindu Madhav has instructed the police to carry out raids wherever the commercial sex work is going on.
The Kakinada sub divisional police officer Manish Devaraj Patil along with circle inspectors of all the three town police stations have conducted simultaneous raids on the beauty saloons and Spas in the city today.
Though no one was arrested, the police teams after thorough search have advised the saloon and Spa owners to keep away from such illegal activities.
