Pune, Feb. 12 -- The formal commencement of work on the Giripremi's (GGIM) new Mountaineering Training Institute campus project at Majgaon village in Pune district has been announced.
The Majgaon campus located in the Sahyadri ranges near Torna and Rajgad forts,Taluka Rajgad, is billed as India's largest dedicated mountaineering training centre.
The project was announced recently in Pune in the presence of distinguished personalities from the mountaineering fraternity, mentors and well-wishers, a release stated on Thursday.
