New Delhi, Dec. 6 -- Delhi's social welfare minister Ravinder Indraj today said that the state government is working to make Divyang citizens self-reliant and empowered, in line with the Prime Minister Narendra Modi's vision that they are going to play a significant role in achieving the goal of Viksit Bharat 2047.

Indraj was speaking at a program held on Friday in view of International Day of Persons with Disabilities, where 356 high-quality assistive devices were also distributed to 208 Divyang beneficiaries.
