Ranchi, March 9 -- Acting on complaints related to noise pollution caused by loud music and DJ systems after 10 pm, the Ranchi district administration carried out an inspection of several banquet halls located in the Simaliya area under Ratu.
The action was taken on the directions of Deputy Commissioner-cum-District Magistrate Manjunath Bhajantri.
A joint inspection team led by Sub-Divisional Officer (Sadar) Kumar Rajat, along with the local police station in-charge and officials from the State Pollution Control Board (SPCB), visited multiple banquet halls in the Simaliya area to review compliance with noise pollution regulations.
