Dehradun, Dec. 29 -- A day after breaking his silence over the racial killing of 24-year-old MBA student from Tripura in Dehradun, Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami promised deceased 's father that culprits will be dealt with a heavy hand.
Dhami called victim's father Tarun Prasad Chakma, a BSF Jawan, on mobile phone on Monday and expressed his grief over the racial killing of his son Anjel Chakma, saying his government will lend all possible help to the family.
The Chief Minister informed Prasad that five accused have already been arrested in the case and a sixth is suspected to have fled to Nepal. The CM told Prasad that his government has announced a reward on the absconder and efforts are underway to arrest him.
