Hyderabad, March 29 -- Telangana Director General of Police B Shivadhar Reddy on Sunday paid rich tributes to late IPS officer Chadalavada Umesh Chandra on his 60th birth anniversary, recalling his courage, integrity, and distinguished service to the police force.
