Nashik, Feb. 15 -- The festival of Mahashivratri is being celebrated on a large scale in the country on Sunday.
Thousands of devotees have gathered in a large crowd since midnight for darshan on the occasion of Mahashivratri. Mahapuja, Mahaaarti and various religious programs have also been organised at various places.
Against this backdrop, devotees have lined up since night to have darshan of the Jyotirlinga of Trimbakeshwar, one of the twelve Jyotirlingas. On the occasion of Mahashivratri, the Trimbakeshwar temple was decorated with attractive electric lighting and flowers.
