Pankaj JainNew Delhi, Feb. 4 -- Delhi Assembly Speaker Vijender Gupta on Wednesday referred the matter concerning the action taken by Punjab Police over remarks made by leader of Opposition Atishi to the Committee of Privileges for detailed examination and report.
The Speaker said a prima facie case of breach of privilege and contempt of the House was made out after reviewing the reply submitted by the Punjab Police and a complaint filed by Delhi cabinet Minister Kapil Mishra.
