Muskan BhatiaNew Delhi, March 15 -- Unlike men, who are considered emotionally more stable owing to an extended social circle and an active professional life, women, typically aged 26-49, in their prime working years, often complain of feeling lonely and emotionally fatigued.

A recent analysis, conducted by Mpower, a mental health care programme of the Aditya Birla Education Trust, reported that working women juggling multiple responsibilities, including careers, caregiving roles and family expectations, struggle with mental health issues despite active professional and family roles.
