New Delhi, Feb. 11 -- The Delhi Police Special Cell has issued a notice to publisher Penguin Random House India, directing its representatives to appear for questioning. This is in connection with the investigation into the alleged leak of former Army Chief General M.M. Naravane's memoir, 'Four Stars of Destiny', prior to its official publication.
A case was earlier registered regarding the pre-print leak of the book, which includes an account of the 2020 Galwan Valley clash.
Police sources indicate the investigation's scope has now been widened with the addition of criminal conspiracy charges to the existing FIR.
