New Delhi, March 28 -- : Delhi Police's Anti-Narcotics Task Force (ANTF) has arrested three individuals and seized a massive cache of 2,073 prohibited e-cigarettes worth over Rs 27 lakh in the Indian market, an officer said on Saturday.
According to the police, the investigation began on March 25 when an officer received a tip-off regarding the illegal sale and storage of e-cigarettes at a pan shop in C.R. Park, South Delhi.
"A team conducted a raid where they found that a shop manager, Vikash, 33, was found in possession of 53 e-cigarettes," said Rahool Alwal, Deputy Commissioner of Police (Crime Branch).
