New Delhi, Jan. 23 -- Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) will begin metro services at 3 am on all lines on January 26 to facilitate the movement of people heading to Kartavya Path to witness the Republic Day parade.
According to a DMRC statement, metro trains will run at a frequency of 15 minutes from 3 to 6 am. After 6 am, services will operate as per the regular timetable for the rest of the day.
The early start has been planned to ensure smooth and convenient travel for commuters, particularly those attending the ceremony.
Passengers have been advised to plan their journeys in advance and avail of the early morning services to avoid last-minute inconvenience.
