New Delhi, Aug. 12 -- Delhi Health Minister Dr Pankaj Kumar Singh today called for a united resolve not to discriminate against people living with HIV and said the government is committed to both preventive and curative healthcare, with free of cost Antiretroviral Therapy (ART) being provided to enable HIV positive individuals to lead a healthy life.

He noted that drug use through shared needles and syringes has contributed to the spread of HIV, and called for a united resolve not to discriminate against people living with HIV.

He informed that free HIV testing facilities are available at the state hospitals and health centres.
