New Delhi, Aug. 8 -- The Delhi government is soon going to unveil the country's most progressive and comprehensive film and tourism policy, Delhi Art and Culture Minister Kapil Mishra said today, while addressing the inaugural session of the Celebrating India Film Festival here.
