New Delhi, Dec. 5 -- The Delhi Government has extended an ex- gratia assistance of Rs 10 lakh to the wife of the deceased, Kuldeep Nailwal, who in a tragic incident had lost his life after slipping into the Yamuna river in October in the Karawal Nagar assembly constituency in North East Delhi.
Delhi's Minister of Law and Justice Kapil Mishra handed over a cheque of Rs 10 lakh to Deepa Nailwal, wife of the deceased, as an ex gratia assistance by the state government.
It may be recalled that on October 4, Kuldeep Nailwal unfortunately passed away after slipping and falling into the Yamuna River near Sonia Vihar.
