New Delhi, Dec. 26 -- : Delhi government has reorganised the National Capital into 13 districts from the existing 11, with immediate effect, through a notification issued on December 25. To ensure uninterrupted public services, especially property and document registration, the government has announced interim jurisdictions for Sub-Registrar Offices (SROs) across all districts.
As per the notification, existing SROs such as Lajpat Nagar, Kashmiri Gate, Basai Darapur, Asaf Ali Road, Sarojini Nagar, INA, Pitampura, Libaspur, Narela, Najafgarh, Kapashera, Kajhawla, Punjabi Bagh, Rohini, Seelampur, Shahdara, Geeta Colony, Vivek Vihar, Preet Vihar, Hauz Khas and Janakpuri will continue functioning under newly defined district jurisdictions duri...
