New Delhi, Feb. 5 -- Despite marginal relief from dense fog conditions, Delhi's air quality continued to remain in the "very poor" category across most parts of the national capital on Thursday morning, primarily due to elevated levels of fine particulate matter (PM2.5), according to data from the Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB).

Among the major pollution hotspots, Vivek Vihar recorded an Air Quality Index (AQI) of 339, while Anand Vihar reported 324, followed by Siri Fort at 309. Wazirpur registered an AQI of 315, and Dwarka Sector-8 recorded 318.

Ashok Vihar also remained severely polluted with an AQI of 311, while Jawahar Lal Nehru Stadium and Sonia Vihar both logged AQI levels of 298 at around 9 am, indicating continued unhealt...
