New Delhi, Feb. 9 -- The Delhi Congress on Sunday said that the BJP-led government under Chief Minister Rekha Gupta has failed to address the city's deteriorating infrastructure and rising safety concerns, despite completing one year in office.

Delhi Pradesh Congress Committee (DPCC) President Devender Yadav claimed that more than 200 people have died in the city due to accidents involving potholes, drains, electrocution, drowning, fire, and building collapses. He also noted the disappearance of over 800 people in January alone, many of them girls and women.
