New Delhi, Sept. 27 -- Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta on Friday said that waste disposal is not just a matter of talks, it involves strong planning and implementation, adding that the government is progressing towards garbage free Delhi with concrete planning.

Gupta shared that a new Biogas plant has been unveiled on Friday at the Ghogha Dairy in Delhi, which will process 100 tonnes of wet waste in a day and use it to produce compressed bio-gas.

The said CBG plant and integrated fuel station have been established by the municipal corporation, located near Narela in North-West Delhi.

She remarked that the waste to energy plant is going to help address the waste disposal, but add to the energy supply with its produce.
