Muskan BhatiaNew Delhi, March 13 -- Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta on Friday said the capital should be projected as the country's creative capital, where development goes hand in hand with heritage and culture.
Speaking at the concluding session of a 12-day Tribal Art Festival at Travancore Palace in Delhi, Gupta said such initiatives help showcase India's cultural diversity while creating opportunities for artists.
The festival brought together nearly 70 artists from tribal communities across the country, who displayed more than 1,000 artworks, officials from the Ministry of Tribal Affairs said.
