New Delhi, Jan. 31 -- Chief Minister Rekha Gupta on Saturday emphasized the need for developed colonies with proper civic infrastructure to realize the dream of a developed Delhi. She inaugurated projects worth Rs 135 crore for areas in the Mehrauli assembly constituency.
The CM, who was in the Mehrauli area on Saturday, pointed out at the historical significance of the place, and emphasized that her government will work to preserve the heritage, and at the same time connect Mehrauli with moden amenities and facilities.
"The heritage will also be preserved, and the future will be empowered," she added.
Taking a dig at the previous regime, she alleged that some people merely made the national Capital shine in advertisements.
