Lucknow, Sept. 10 -- Uttar Pradesh Governor and Chancellor of the State Universities Anandiben Patel today said that a new responsibility is also instilled with the degree and graduation is not only a symbol of personal success, but a messenger of hope for the society and the country.
Addressing the 23rd convocation of Dr APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University, the Governor said that the objective of education and science should not be only to acquire knowledge, but to serve humanity, innovation and upliftment of the nation.
