Chennai, Dec. 27 -- The BJP's attempt to incite communal hatred and divide the people through the Deepam row at Thiruparankundram, has failed miserably and it has become clear that even Lord Murugan, the presiding deity of the temple,is not in sync with them, senior DMK leader and Tamil Nadu Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowment (HR&CE) MinisterPK Sekarbabu claimed on Saturday.
"With Chief Minister MK Stalin at the helm, any attempt to foment divisiveness among the people will not fructify", he said.
Thiruparankundram is one of the six abodes of Lord Muruga.
