Patna, March 5 -- Amid reports of possibility of Chief Minister Nitish Kumar going to Rajya Sabha, JD(U) MLC Sanjay Singh on Thursday said that it would be only his decision, if he opted for shifting to upper House of the parliament.

Chief Minister Kumar had held a series of meetings with senior leaders of his party last night to discuss on selection of two candidates for Rajya Sabha biennial elections. It is almost certain that union Minister Ramnath Thakur would be candidate of JD(U) for Rajya Sabha elections and speculations are on second candidate.
