Baku, Sept. 27 -- The death toll has risen to at least 68 in a fuel depot explosion in the Nagorno-Karabakh region, local media said on Tuesday.



The number of confirmed dead was 68 and only 21 of the victims have been identified so far, Armenia's state-run news agency Armenpress reported, citing local healthcare authorities.



Nearly 300 people have been wounded, while 105 are still missing after the blast, the report said.



A fuel depot suffered a blast on Monday in the mountainous region of Nagorno-Karabakh, causing hundreds of casualties, it said.
