After hearing day long arguments from oth sides on an appeal filed by the Central Board of FilmCertification (CBFC) against the Single Judge Order directig it to grant U/A certification for the filmthe First Bench comprising Chief Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava and Justice G Arun Muruganhad reserved its orders on January 20.
Additional Solicitor General ARL Sundaresan argued on behalf of the CBFC and senior counsel SatishParasaran, assisted by Vijayan Subramanian, argued for the fiom producers KVN Productions.
