Thiruvananthapuram, Feb. 17 -- In a significant move to bridge laboratory innovation with market application, the CSIR-National Institute for Interdisciplinary Science and Technology (CSIR-NIIST) will transfer its indigenously developed coffee crema technology to Tata Consumer Products Limited during the "CSIR-NIIST Tech Connect: From Lab to Market" programme at CSIR Headquarters, New Delhi, on Wednesday.
Developed under the aegis of the Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR), the innovation is expected to provide a technological edge to India's rapidly growing coffee and beverage sector by enhancing product quality and consumer experience.
