Lucknow, Aug. 1 -- Cricketer Rinku Singh's educational qualification is coming in the way of his appointment to the BSA post under Basic Education Department in Uttar Pradesh. The Election Commission of India (ECI) too has removed Rinku Singh from the list of its brand ambassadors for his engagement with a Samajwadi Party MP. According to government sources former Chief Secretary Manoj Kumar Singh had offered jobs to 11 players in various departments in which Rinku Singh was given the opportunity to join the post of Basic Education Officer. But the biggest obstacle in Rinku Singh's job is his educational qualification.
